Our Terms And Condition

All our products are on a pre-order basis.
Full payment is required before ordering. No payment means No order. Payment shall be received within 24-48 hours after invoice was sent.
The Black Market Shirt (B.M. Shirt) has the right to change all the contents of this website (Terms and Conditions, Prices, Cost and Services) anytime effective without prior notice.
Shipping & handling fees and other charges will be shouldered by the buyer. A shipping chart will be available for customer's perusal
Shipping and handling fee is NOT equivalent to the postage cost and we have different shipping rates and weight ranges here in our country (The Philippines).
Items will be shipped from the Philippines.
Submitted order will be shipped out depending on the item. A chart will also be provided for customer's perusal on the turnaround time of the said item.
Items will be Packed and checked securely before handling them to the post office for shipping.
All Items sold are NOT refundable or exchangeable. NO CANCELLATION of orders once the order form was submitted.
Buy at your own risk. We are not held responsible for delays, lost and damaged packages during shipping. We have proof of every package sent (we take pictures of the package before sending them out and handling them to the post office) and we guarantee that all items we sent are in GREAT condition and packed securely.
In case of defective item or wrong sent item, please send the item back to us via Registered Mail within 7 days of request. We will not accept or do a replacement if the items were damaged during shipping. However, we inspect all the items for defects before shipping.
Pre-order will take approximately 1 month to complete so please be patient. Delays happen sometimes.
Once you have submitted your order form to us via order form provided in this website or via email, means you had read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions already.
We will tag you as BLACKLISTED once you violated our TERMS and CONDITIONS.
We accept US Dollars for international Buyers and Philippine Peso for Local Buyers.
We also accept bulk orders from clients with a Minimum of 12 pieces. Bulk orders will be shipped differently. Please consider a much longer turnaround time.
We accept order within Metro Manila, instead of shipping we can have a delivery meet up somewhere with a delivery charge. This method is subject with the same payment method.

Customize Shirt

If you wish to order a customize shirt, just send us an email with your preferred design and we'll take care of the rest. Please provide a clear copy image file (prefer high quality format - .jpeg, .png, and .bmp) so that there will be no hassle to print the desired design. Our designers will review the image and if it's too impossible to produce like the file is too small and pixelated, we'll inform you through e-mail to request for another file.

Bulk Shirt Order

We can give you a BIG awesome discount for every bulk order.

Payment Options

We can accept payment through PayPal and Bank Deposit only (USD & PHP).

PayPal User:
You can go to Online Store page to place your shirt order.

For Non-PayPal User:
We will provide you our Bank Account Number to send your payment through bank deposit, once the payment has been confirmed that's the only time that we will start the shirt printing.

The Black Market Shirts is not available in other countries. We can serve PHILIPPINES customers only. Once our process has been completed that's the only that we will open our site globally. Sorry for the inconveniences.
